The YBS only offers their mortgage package to their account holders. However, we can offer both unregulated and regulated bridging finance secured on a property which you can then use as an exit strategy to gain a mortgage from most High Street lenders. Call for information.
Insurance.
A key product the Yorkshire Building society offer is insurance. They have two forms of cover. They offer, to their members, both life cover and home insurance. However, it does pay to shop around as you might find this type of security cheaper elsewhere. We only offer loans. Call us.
Secured loans.

The bank and building society are not affiliated with each other. Like the YBS, you can longer get any form of Yorkshire bank bridging finance from the bank itself. However, we do offer this type of funding. Call us for information.
Halifax.
One of the biggest Yorkshire based banks in the county is the Halifax. They no longer offer any form of Halifax bridging finance deals but if you categorically need this type of funding we can offer you our own brand of borrowing.
