I started working in the bridging loan industry in 2006 when my company AdMain.Co.UK was asked to run the websites and marketing for Easy Bridging Loans PLC who were based in Edgewares in Middlesex. I started by completely over hauling their websites.
Content writing expert.
As a few months went by and by reading content on the websites and talking to the the directors of the bridging loan company, I started to understand how this form of high value short term financd worked. It was then that I was trusted to write new content.
Online marketing.
The online marketing was purely through the Google search engine and had two of their website in the top ten for practically every bridging loan search term. No other form of marketing was needed as there was oodles of enquiries coming through from search.
Social media marketing.
When Easy Bridging Loans PLC ceased trading due to stringent new guidelines imposed by the Government, I startewd to work on my own websites to generate enquiries for FirstStop Bridging. Part of the new strategy was to incorporate social media.
